Yoga is a great, fun way for kids to strengthen their bodies and learn mindfulness. In this positive, age-appropriate class, we'll practice yoga poses keeping everyone moving. Kids will stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax and have FUN.
Plus, we use storytelling to entertain children and help them learn yoga poses. Stories such as Eric Carle's The Hungry Caterpillar and other fun tales are all part of the experience. Kids learn lessons such as the importance of self-love and kindness.
